Fee Schedule:
- Transfer to Non-CCW holder: $30.00
- Transfer to CCW holder: $25.00
- Transfer to Active Duty Military: $5.00
- Transfer to First Responders: $5.00
All firearms sold or transferred through Southwest Gunsmithing LLC are subject to federal firearms regulations. Customers must complete ATF Form 4473, present valid government-issued identification, and meet all applicable legal requirements before a firearm may be released.
Policy Statement: For all firearm sales, transfers, and special-order purchases, customers are required to complete ATF Form 4473 and comply with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. Firearms will not be released until all required documentation and background checks have been successfully completed.
